Great view! Right on the beach. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. Pool is on the opposite end of the property, just a short walk away. Good size pool with nice deck and plenty of chairs. Enjoyed our stay!!

Loved our time here! Perfect for being right at the beach! Hosts were terrific!

Tami -

Love seeing the ocean from the lanai! Hosts were quick to fix the non-draining shower drain. Hosts were great at messaging info. and checking in on us during our stay.

We stayed for a week with two little kids (5 &3). This space was perfect for the four of us! Kitchen was spotless and great to work in. Bedrooms were spacious and lots of drawers/closet space to house items and suitcases. For being a third floor condo, the place stayed cool and had ceiling fans to help move air around. This condo is up four flights of stairs with no elevator (as listed) but be mindful for luggage and children! The view was worth the stairs! We did notice that both bedrooms and the slider didn’t have any blinds or curtains so that made for early mornings with nothing to block out the sun. Besides for a couple aesthetic things, this place really was a great spot to spend the week!!! Also, a lovely pool we spent forever in as well as easy and quick access to the beach. We loved having the outdoor shower option right at the bottom of the stairs before heading up to the condo. Thanks for an amazing week!

Nice spot for a beach vacation. Only downside was it’s a 3rd floor condo and no elevator so have to carry all your things up the stairs

Jacob -

Great place. Very quiet beach.

Tyler B. -

Super clean, neat, and perfect size for our family - you cannot beat the view and beach access! Quick response from Vacasa when we couldn't figure out the door lock. :)

The view and amenities were fantastic. Great area for those who want to fish maybe golf or just swim in the ocean. If you’re looking for relaxation and quiet, this beach is perfect. If you’re after the nightlife, this is not the beach for you

We stayed at this condo for two weeks this summer and it became our home away from home. We always stay at OIBV, and this is one of our fave places to stay! Amazing view, updated appliances, plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

The condo was nice and clean. Location was convenient. Just a short walk to the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay at Three Brothers Condo. The condo was very clean. Amount of supplies provided was amazing. Lots of towels and extra sheets provided if needed. Beds were great. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Christina -

The home is great inside and has a beautiful view off the deck.

Keith -

We loved everything about this place. The balcony along would have been enough but the furniture in the living area was very comfortable. The mattress in the main bedroom was superb. We slept very well during our stay. It is quiet and private. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back.

The place was very clean and quiet. Great ocean views. The only thing I would change is to have blinds or shades on the windows because the sun is bright and gets you up early. It would also be nice to have an iron and ironing board. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Jamie -

We have stayed at the property before and made a return trip. We enjoyed our stay once again and look forward to another trip in the future.

Would use property again.

This was the perfect property for a couple or maybe a couple with one or two kids (only one bathroom). It is right on the beach, as you can see from the pictures. It is also extremely close to restaurants, bars and golf. As long as you are good to walk up three flights of stairs, multiple times a day, this is an amazing place. I'll certainly stay there again.

Brian -

This property is in an amazing location...right on the beach and so close to pretty much anything you would ever want to do (golf, dining and bars). It's perfect for a couple and maybe ok for a couple with two children (there is only one bathroom). As long as you are in good enough shape to walk up three flights of stairs, you will enjoy this property immensely!

We loved pretty much everything about this condo. It had everything we needed. Everything worked great! Would definitely come back but just a few cosmetic things could be worked on and needs blinds or curtains over the windows to prevent light from coming in during the day as we have a small child the needs to nap around lunch and it was too bright in the small room and the sun came in very early each morning. Overall fantastic experience.

David -

The oceanfront view was spectacular! The condo was impeccably clean. Loved the location in Caswell Beach.

Great condo. It was very clean when I checked in and well stocked. The only down side is no elevator but it was worth taking the stairs for the view. The complex was nice and seemed very family oriented. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was a perfect place for my husband, son and me to spend Thanksgiving! Would have loved a window covering for the front bedroom. Also, keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor, so lots of steps. The view was amazing and the location is perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Sara C. -

This was a great property. Right on the beach. We will definitely stay again. the only negatives were no blind in the master bedroom, and an electrician scheduled at 9 AM on the day of our departure.
