The proximity to the pool was great. Easy to park nearby and although we like a little exercise there was an elevator which were good for bringing heavy suitcases up and down. There was an issue with the air conditioning on the property so our check-in was delayed and difficult but the staff that manage the property at Carolina Breezes kept up well informed and were very gracious and as helpful as they possibly could be. Once the A/C was up and running we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not the best. We made them work but you might want to bring your own. It was a short drive to Sunset Beach and convenient to golf, shopping and restaurants. - Kristen Posted on 8/4/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Clean, quiet, relaxing and great communication - Laura Posted on 5/31/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Clean, great communication with rental company, nice and quiet, clean, relaxing vacation - Laura Posted on 5/31/2026 ### (5/5 stars) We had a lovely stay. Posted on 6/13/2025 ### (5/5 stars) We loved the location, great for walking and getting to the beach and exploring downtown Calabash! We loved everything the hosts provided for us from the “goodie” pack of detergent, dish washer soap, to plenty of linens. We loved how this condo is set up for vacationers with comfy furniture, plenty of dishes, pots, pans and anything else you could need or think of! A great place to rent for sure!!! - Stephen Posted on 5/24/2025 ### Nice condo (5/5 stars) Would stay there again. Very spacious and clean. - Seth F. When we arrived we were please with the property appearance and cleanliness. Soon after we arrived and had unloaded a representative for the Vacasa property management stopped by to make sure everything was up to standards. I also received several phone and text messages making sure I was pleased and if I needed anything. The property was very clean. This was also a great location in my opinion. It was quiet and we met several residents who were nice and helpful. The pool and golf course were two of the best in the many places I have stayed in the area. Overall this place was really accommodating and well above my expectations. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for a great place to stay for a good value. - Jeffrey B.
