The house was just steps away from the beach, making our daily strolls along the shore incredibly convenient. Not only was the location ideal, but the house was also surprisingly affordable, which was a huge plus for our budget. The amenities were exactly what we needed—modern, clean, and user-friendly. Whether we were cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen or relaxing in the cozy living areas, we felt completely at home. Vacasa manages the property. It was pristine. Having stayed at many other properties even more high end ones, this was hands down the best in terms of not just cleanliness (tho high on my list), there were ample bath towels and soaps, shampoo/conditioner as well as kitchen dw soaps, tp and paper towels. We reported a couple of minor maintenance issues and Vacasa was on it. The staff was very pleasant to work with starting with Gloria in the office to the maintenance men. Courteous, pleasant and efficient. The thoughtfulness of the owners in stocking kitchenware was evident. house was very well equipped. It even had a blender. We like the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus the outside shower. We like the east beach area and local restaurants like LouLou’s and The Dock House. The kiddos love Sunset Slush and a trip to the candy store. But mostly we love the beach front porch and being on the sand in seconds for a walk or a swim.
