The house is spacious and while not overly fancy it’s more than comfortable. We happened to overlook the deeded access point to the beach around house 741-743 and traveled left to public beach access (.2 miles). For us this was fine because we enjoyed getting steps and the public beach access has a ramp which helped with our beach wagon. But if you’re trim or carrying the deeded spot is closer but has steps. The house has a charcoal grill but not propane (we rented one). Kitchen is well equipped - we cooked every day. The view of the marsh is gorgeous and we took in the view with beers on the back covered deck plenty of times. Comfortable beds, two separate living room spaces that gave plenty of space for our group, great sunset views over the causeway, and the roomy and clean outdoor shower was a big hit after a day at the beach! It was very clean, the kitchen beautifully updated, well-stocked and cabinet storage labeled for ease of use. I always appreciate the ice and water dispensers in refrigerator as it eliminates need to buy water now that so many of us travel with our own water bottles. Comfortable rockers on porch were enjoyed as we had several warm afternoons as my daughter, granddaughter and I took a few days away, it is so nice this time of year to ride bikes and walk on beach. Love that there is access at end of street. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds was very restful. Thanks for sharing your home, ease of check-in, and supplying so many extras that make traveling easy. Definitely will book this home again! - Sandra J.
