Other amenities include an open and covered porch, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, parking underneath the house, rocking chairs, and a private walkway to the beach. Very comfortable beds and higher end furniture was nice. Proximity to the beach could not have been better. The east end was a little crowded down from us with the public access parking behind the house but it didn’t affect our beach front too much. Management was very prompt with two issues we had (one was a bee nest and the second was an issue with the dryer). Items that I would improve on if this was my house would be to purchase a new dryer (the vent was rusted and torn and the dryer was older), have a set of keys for the door facing the beach (we had to use the back door which accesses a bedroom every time we entered the home), provide complementary dishwashing liquid by the sink and upgrade the quality of the initial roll of paper towels (the ones provided would shred rather than tear). The outdoor showers were perfect for getting the sand off. The beach was well maintained and clean— perfect for young kids too. What I really LOVED was the fact I could rent for less than a week Kitchen was fully stocked and bath necessities were too.
