We typically prefer to stay oceanfront, but needed to book a shorter stay this year so third row made the most sense for us based on rates/availability. We love Holden Beach! This property checked all the boxes for us. Well stocked kitchen, dog-friendly, impeccably clean. Close access to beach via private neighborhood access - 4min walk. Would love to return to Seahaven Too! Steps from beach and walking distance to several restaurants. The inside spaces and deck are adequate for six adults (our party), and we could have had several kids there as well if needed. Some finishes could be renewed, but all the important stuff is fine (AC, hot water, washer dryer, kitchen appliances are all good). I would stay here again if I had the opportunity. - Todd C. The living room sits 6 comfortably, two couches, two sitting chairs with ottomans. Views of the ocean from 2 bedrooms and views of the waterway from the third were perfect. The first level decks were perfect for hanging out while cooking dinner. The back yard was well manicured and I wish we were staying longer in order to utilize the fire pit.
