Other amenities include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, a covered porch with rockers, enclosed outside shower. THINGS TO KNOW Free WiFi and cable No smoking is allowed, but the home is not smoke-free *This dock at this home is 15 feet. The water at low tide in the canal varies, but maneuvering a boat should be easy (if the boat isn't too large). No ropes or buoys are provided. Guests may swim in the canal! Hot showers with overly great pressure and cozy front porch. Comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen. The only thing I would change is the couches in the living room, one seemed to be outdoor furniture. Wish beach access had a ramp instead of steps but not much they could do about that. We had a dove nest outside the entrance door that we enjoyed watching the eggs hatch from during our stay. Friendly neighbors to the right and such a peaceful spot. We loved the house but our only complaint was the connected bathrooms and small toilet downstairs. The only thing I would recommend is putting a rubber mat gripper that stays on the inside of the front door. The kitchen is adequately stocked except for drinking glasses. There are a ton of stemmed glasses but very few cups for drinking water/soda etc. The sign for logging into the WiFi is inaccurate. It says to use a network that doesn't exist and use my email as the password. The actual network shows the home address and the password is a phone number. It was very dark at night outside trying to walk up and down stairs from the porch. There were several steps and boards that weren't good and tripped several times on them and without lighting on the porch we were afraid we may fall down the steps and my husband fixed the handle on the commode that wouldn't flush.
