The house was perfect for us and the location was ideal. Short walk to the beach which was very family-oriented, not crowded and more laid back, which was nice. There are good restaurants nearby and family/kid friendly activities such as putt putt, splash pad and water park. One day we took the ferry to Fort Fisher and then drove through Kure Beach to Carolina Beach where we had lunch and cruised the boardwalk. We also took jet skies and were able to launch them nearby to enjoy riding in the waterway. There were a few deferred maintenance issues that we have reported to Carolina Breeze and feel sure they will get those things remedied for the next guests, but they did not take anything away from our enjoyment of the house. Having 4 King Suites is a must for our group. The pool table and media area provided hours of entertainment for our teens. Access to the amazing beach was just a short walk from the house. We loved that everyone had their own space and a king sized bed, spacious bathroom and tvs in every bedroom. The pool was clean and a good size. The outdoor area is perfect for pool days and it’s a short walk to the beach. Hurricane Debby tried to be a downer on our trip, but we stayed through the storm and are glad we did. The access is a ramp — no steps, so perfect for my mom who has mobility issues and was able to use the elevator and then her walker to get over to the beach every day. Pet friendly, elevator, private pool, two living rooms and tons of balcony space, providing a gorgeous view of both the ocean and the sound from the top floor. When we arrived we didn’t have the right code for the front door, staff were immediately responsive and available. They checked on us throughout the stay to ensure everything was ok.
