The furnishings are comfortable (but somewhat dated) and it has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The fenced in yard keeps pets secure and the walk to the beach is short. The living area is perfect for 2-4 people but seating isn’t easy for more than that. The washer and dryer are on the ground floor so if you do much laundry you will get a lot of steps in! The shower and ping pong table are also on the ground floor and are nice amenities. Lots of games and books available too! (5/5 stars) We love the layout of this house and have been here three times now. It's very convenient for our dogs to have the easy-to-clean fenced yard and we LOVE the included waste station! The water pressure in the shower is amazing and the beds are soft and comfortable. Vacasa hasn't been great for us in the past but was so good this year. The local agent reached out just before we checked in with some info and then checked in once we were there. We didn't need anything but it would have been easy to contact them if we did. We were disappointed at check in to find the water off and we had to find a phone number to call Vacasa and deal with that after traveling all day with dogs and kids. They solved the issue by sending someone out within thirty minutes and we had a great time after that. The layout is great for two groups, in our case grandparents and then our family of four. Two rooms on each side with a shared bathroom between. The yard is very easy to clean up after the dogs with the white rocks and having a fenced area for them was so nice for all of us. The furniture was comfy, although with our size group (four adults, two kids) we wished there was one more comfy chair! The beds were also soft and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our small dog and we LOVED the dog pickup station to make it super easy to clean up after him! The beach access is very convenient, right across the street. We were frustrated that the wifi didn't work on arrival and that vaca couldn't be reached until the next morning. We had to people trying to get to a little bit of work that needed to get done and it was annoying that we had to spend time trying to solve that issue (a problem with both the outlet that everything was plugged into and a second issue that the router then didn't connect to the network). Once we got ahold of a person on the phone at Vacasa the next morning, someone was there within about an hour to solve the problem. It did include having extension cords run across the living area which wasn't great but we were thankful to get the work done and get on to enjoying our beautiful weekend!
