This place was pretty great for the price and location! The beach access was directly across the road so it was very easy to come and go throughout the day. My family usually packs a lot for the beach so it was nice to not struggle walking far to get to a beach access.
The place was very clean and we had no issues with the bathrooms or bedrooms. AC worked really great despite the house being a little bit on the older side. I was so glad that the hot water didn’t run out fast; I’ve had that issue with so many people needing to shower. I’d also like to point out that there was a good amount of kitchen stuff provided. Overall, I would stay here again and appreciated how well the property team communicated!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.
The location was also fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and beach while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Had a great stay at the house. Had plenty of beds for our family and was clean besides the late check in while the cleaning crew was still there. Many beds for the little ones and in a great location. The family and I plan to come back next year for our yearly family trip.

The house was great! VERY clean, spacious. Great area for playing games. On the beach in about a minute. Deck out back is very big, great for watching everyone fish on the waterway. Thank you!!

This was the perfect house for what we were looking for. It is an older home, but don’t let that turn you away. It’s very spacious and easy to keep clean. And the location is great! Across from the pier with a dock on a canal. You can’t get much better than that. And the general store is a few lots down. Again, this location is what sold us.

The whole family absolutely loved this property. The location could not be better. Right across from the general store and ice cream shop in Holden Beach. Right across from the pier (when it reopens)… On top of that, we were able to access the intercoastal waterway being right on the main canal. We had a nice boat ride one night, kayaks, and fishing throughout the stay. 100% recommend this house to anyone who wants all Holden beach has to offer with the least amount of effort. Once you get there, all you have to do is sit back relax and let everyone enjoy their activities.

This place was wonderful. The location could not have been better, and unlike other houses we have stayed in where we had to bring all our own linens and paper products, this place was completely stocked and ready to go. Beds were made, toilet paper, towels, even dish soap was provided. We will definitely be staying with Vacasa again and are already talking about a return visit.
