Tropical Storm Debbie caused a HUGE amount of flooding on property. It was over a foot deep to walk up to the property! We had to carry are 7 year old! It also brought 100’s of frogs under the house! We did leave a day early and had to walk all our belongings out to the road because our truck couldn’t even go to the driveway! So, the home is fantastic, but the flooding was the worst on the block! We had such a large group that we had also rented a house on beach front and this one. This house was stellar! Our son’s family stayed here and were so pleased and comfortable. One evening he and his lovely wife prepared a beautiful fresh seafood meal using the outside grill and picnic tables for staging! What a delight to have all the perfect cooking equipment, and serving dishes to display his fancy gourmet meal! The games were awesome for everyone to enjoy.
