Large deck with comfy furniture and table outside. Perfect spot coffee and wine. We even enjoyed the moon and stars. Quiet location and felt safe. There is plenty of green space for you pup and if your lucky you will get to see rabbits and deer enjoying it as well. Each condo has a covered sitting area at the front door. Even more, 6Bs is gated. I was able to exit the front door without having to worry my dog might get out as we kept the gate closed. This was a great area to store beach treasures, shoes, and to hang towels to dry. Before you come upstairs there is a shower and hose to rinse things off. 6B is outfitted with four TVs all with Roku tv which is great for background noise late at night. Kitchen was perfect, had everything we needed. Each bedroom closet had organization and hangers. I would have normally lived out of my bag, but I happily sorted my things in the shelves and hung my dresses/tops. AC worked great, as well as the ceiling fans. My dog was grateful for the cool floors as she worked the 9-5 shift inside each day. You can’t have those perfect doggy dreams in a warm home and 6b stayed perfectly cool. Living room was outfitted with couch, loveseat, recliner, and small chair. Floors were new pvc with a nice rug in the living room. All furniture was appropriate sized for the quaint space. It was also appropriately accessorized with a beach theme which we loved. Balcony had a table for four, a lovely rocking chair, and a lounger. We had our morning coffee and evening drinks there every day. I was especially excited that the kitchen was well stocked with more pots, pans, and dishes than I have ever encountered in a rental. I also liked the radiant range oven and the fact that we had both a kuerig and a standard coffee pot based on our own preference. We loved the balcony that has been newly renovated. The sunrise and sunset view was spectacular. We had a full view of the ocean just across the way and a private walk to the beach completely dedicated to the Captain's villa. We had breakfast outside multiple mornings. I particularly loved the lounger with ottoman as it was just perfect for a lazy reading spot. At night, we had adequate space to play games and entertain ourselves while my husband watched the ongoing March Madness basketball tournament on the secondary living room space. He appreciated the space to get away from the noise of our family game night to watch the games. We also had plenty of cabinet space to put our pantry items and a clean frig and freezer for use as well. Both bathrooms were very clean with plenty of room to move around. The bathrooms were also stocked with plenty of toiletries for the long weekend. One of the nights we even unexpectedly saw deer grazing on the property. Such a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Just wanted we needed to wind down and relax.
