Close to Holden Beach and Shallotte. If you like to walk or run the neighborhood is great for that. The pool is a decent walk, but not a big deal. We spent time for two days by the pool and did not see one other person so what was nice. Great view from the pool as well. Only item I thought was interesting is it is not a “gated community”. You have to drive through a gate to get in, but anyone can walk in. I will add everyone I did meet there were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. - Aaron R. It was a 10 minute drive to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the huge pool. We had the pool to ourselves. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the grounds were very quiet and peaceful.
