We had a fantastic time. The house was open, modern and clean! The location was perfect. In front of the marsh, we could watch the sunrise from the back balconies and boats as they passed on the intracoastal. Even better, we were able to see deer in the morning as they passed through the marsh as well. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable stay!

Our family had a wonderful week Aug/2025. The house was perfect. The view was beautiful! Kitchen stocked well, clean house, loved toys for the pool and beach! Our family would stay in this house again!

Our stay was fantastic.  Property managers were responsive to a couple of cleanliness issues.  Think the flip from previous group to ours happened a little fast and some things were missed.  Still a great stay.  Property is beautiful and was well setup for our group.  Really appreciated the beach chairs and such.

Before this trip I had never been to Holden beach. Not sure how I missed out all these years! It’s such a great location! Not only was Holden great but the house was amazing. Plenty of room for the extend family. Large windows with awesome views of the marsh area and many places to sit on the deck! Every thing felt new and clean. Even getting to the beach was easier than we were expecting. My family and I will definitely be coming back next year!
