Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the dryer. We would have to dry our clothes 3-4 times to get them dry & it was downstairs so you had to go outside to access it. Easy beach access which was great! Just need some minor updates (hinges replaced, updated appliances (dishwasher wasn’t great), etc!) The location on the beach was amazing. The inside of the house was charming with everything anyone would need. It was spotlessly cleaned and beautifully decorated. The deck in the back had a great view of the ocean and the private ramp was convenient. It was so easy to access the sand. We had a blast shelling and brought home the mother load of souvenirs. It is decorated with fun eclectic beach art and furnished adequately. The oak hardwood floors and original pine paneling transport you back to a simpler time.
