The sunsets off the back deck were some of the most striking I can recall (and we have visited a lot of NC beaches). But if you have a blind senior dog, this place is the best. The elevator means no stairs for your boy, and also makes luggage and groceries easier. Exiting the house to the right, there is a grassy strip a few doors down for when they need to go out. There are wide sidewalks leading to beach public access, which is an easy few minutes’ walk. Although we had one minor maintenance issue, it was addressed same day, and communication was great throughout our stay. We definitely hope to book this one again. - Lisa H. Definitely helpful loading and unloading our luggage. My dog loved laying on the balcony and watching the boats go by. Little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. The bathroom was incredible. I left my chargers and they let me come back to get them. Great host and lovely home. It was fun watching all the boats go by. There is a beach access to the left (from the house facing the road) at the 35 mph sign, and also a public beach access 3/10 of a mile up the road to the right.
