The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a hall bath. The second floor has three bedrooms with a king primary suite, a queen, a double/single bunk, and a single bed with a hall bath. This duplex has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TV, and free WiFi. We have been to Holden Beach several times already and it never disappoints. This is our first time using Vacasa and must I say it was a great experience. Plenty of towels, clean upon arrival, and great customer service when a problem arrived (which was nothing major). The house itself was great. Perfect use of space. I will second the other comments that the house just needs a little TLC but those things can be easily fixed and we're not deal breakers. We loved the front deck that had its own private shower to rense the sand off (a necessity with children). We were skeptical about the duplex situation, but it was a great experience and never had an issue with neighbors. This place offered the shortest walk we have ever had to the beach at Holden. It was awesome! I must add we found 126 sharks teeth and several of what the locals call "sea biscuits". It was a fantastic trip and would 100% stay at Beavers Place W again!
