This home offers all the living space on one convenient level with an open area for the kitchen, dining, and living room areas, which is perfect for families to spend time together. Cuz it's Time has central heat and air, ceiling fans in most rooms, a dishwasher, a microwave, an ice maker, a washer/dryer, free WiFi, cable throughout the home along with multiple TVs, a Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room, and board games. This home offers a covered front porch with seating and some ocean views, a screened-in back porch with seating, and a large back deck. You'll also have covered parking under the home with outside lighting, a picnic table, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and a dressing area. For outside entertainment, there are horseshoes and a bocce ball game available in the backyard. We stayed Christmas-New Years and the weather was perfect. The beach access is just a short walk down and across the street. The views are great from the front porch. All of the furniture, and the set up the house was great. The decor was so cute and detailed of a beach home. I absolutely loved being in this home and will definitely be back. Kids loves the swings and hammock. Lots of games. Not a fan of leather couches at the beach though. Really great layout and location....and the colors were great and beachy. I only had two complaints. First, there's only dressers in the bedrooms and no closet access...they are all locked for the owners to use. I'm at the beach, and I don't own a lot of hanging clothes, but my wife does...so that was a little frustrating. Second, the king mattress in the front bedroom was terrible.
