Peaceful back deck with lots of chairs. Front door lock is difficult to operate..perhaps add to instructions that you must turn the lock piece and add the code. Nice walk to the public beach access and plenty of storage under the house for beach cart and fishing gear. The only suggestion that I have for the owners would be a lawn care service.
