The house is very nice and had great space for our party of 8, ranging from ages 23 to mid 50s. The kitchen is huge and has a lot of counter space. The extra ice maker is great. The view is amazing and access to the beach is direct and easy. The furniture is in good condition and comfortable. A couple things to note: the beach chairs are old and had mold on the cloth, except for two chairs that were in decent shape. In the two bedrooms facing the road, the A/C is not great so we had to keep the downstairs thermostat set really low to cool those rooms, which froze the other three bedrooms.
