The house was great and when there was any type of concern, it was addressed quickly. 

The only thing I would suggest is having some cleaning supplies such as a vacuum and counter cleaning solution do that guest can continue to maintain a clean house.

Love the room set up, enough for all adult couples and teens with their own bedrooms and bathrooms, plus separatehang out spots. Greatvling table that accommodated 14 adults, although 2 sat in higher chairs but at least we could all sit together as families for meals! Great large pool, outside fridge a nice, well needed bonus. Very close walk to the Beach access. Loved this house. Too bad price went up $3K for the same time the following year or we'd rent it again.

Another great Vacation in the books. We had 12 people and everyone had a blast. Very close to the beach and a great pool and bar area with TV. Shops and markets very close. No complaints out of the guests so I think it was a hit for everyone!! Mother Nature didn’t want to cooperate but we made the best of it. Highly recommend Sunny Daze for a relaxing and fun filled family trip!!! We will be back next year!!!!

We came together for an extended family trip (11 adults and 3 kids) and this was the perfect stay for us. We loved having two family rooms, a large kitchen, and access to our own private pool. The beach was a short 3-5 minute walk away, and the location of the home was perfect- easy to ride bikes to local restaurants and coffee shops. The garage was stocked with extra beach chairs, pool floats, and even an extra refrigerator. Highly recommend this place and will return again :)

Pleasant house, large pool, and in a great location near the beach. Would love to return but since we’ve been going during covid, unfortunately prices are now double/almost triple compared to 2020. Family of 10 adults and 2 children, had plenty of space for all of us. My only issue was the communication with Vacasa, I would prefer to rent directly with an owner but a very minor issue.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. We had a sink clog right away at the beginning of our stay and maintenance was there quickly to repair the problem. We had a great time being able to go to the beach when we wanted or just stay and relax by the pool.

This is our second year renting this beautiful home. The new property management is great! Definitely can tell a difference. The house was very well cleaned and stocked with bath cloths, towels, and toilet tissue this year. The only issue we had was all three outside trash bins were all full and we had no where to dispose trash. A representative from Vacasa informed us to leave trash in the house and the cleaners would remove. We did pull cans to the road so the next renters wouldn’t run into the same issue. Other than that, we all enjoyed our stay…age ranging 6-84 years of age. We rent golf carts each year from A-Jax golf cart rentals and cruise the streets sight seeing and visiting the beach, park, and local shops (Drift Coffee is great). The best part was enjoying the comfort of the home….relaxing in one of the living rooms watching a movie with the family and also enjoying the outside amenities. We hope to be back next year!

We had an awesome time at Ocean Isle Beach! The house was roomy enough to accommodate 5+ couples. The pool is nice with a great pool bar, outdoor tv, and beer fridge in the garage. The elevator is handy for carrying luggage and groceries up to the top floor. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances, dishes and utensils you could possibly need. You can easily access the beach just a couple blocks from the house. There are beach chairs, floats, toys, and wagon for the beach in the garage. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within a 5 min drive. We really enjoyed the stay!

Loved every bit of our vacation at this place. The house is amazingly spacious, clean and well stocked with all things you need on your beach vacation. They also provide a golf cart which is very handy.. The pool is well sized as well. Location is perfect, just 100m from the beach. Perfect for a family vacation with your kids/grandkids.. Very close by is a public park which is also neat and well designed. Definitely plan to visit again.
