Enjoy access to The Isles Resort seasonal amenities - including a tiki bar, oceanfront pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and restaurant. When youre not frolicking in the delightful water right outside your door, play a round of golf at the dozens of courses in the area, or try your hand at surfcasting for striped bass. LIVING AREA When its time to relax, youll find a comfy sofa, two recliners, and an armchair with ottoman. A 49 flat screen TV, DVD player, and an array of books and board games provide plenty of entertainment. KITCHEN & DINING The chef of the group will appreciate a well-stocked kitchen with a full suite of all-white appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher. Perch at the kitchen bar with seating for six as dinner simmers. Craft a beverage at the wet bar and gather at the six-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home comfortably sleeps 12 total in four bedrooms. Four full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, armchair, and 32 TV. The en-suite master bath has a double vanity and shower/tub combination. A second bedroom features a full-size bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a 32 TV. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and a bistro table with a chair. The en-suite bath has a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat screen TV, and direct access to a private balcony with ocean view. The fourth bathroom features a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA French doors open to the second-story deck offering wide open views of the beach and the rolling Atlantic Ocean. A second-story balcony is accessed via the fourth bedroom and provides partial ocean views. Posted on 7/17/2018 ### Perfect Reunion Site (5/5 stars) We were chosen to host a small family reunion and immediately began searching the Brunswick County beaches for the perfect spot. It was no easy task as we had ages from 3 to 89 coming from all over the country. After days of searching the area in person and online we came across the Serenity property. It appeared to meet all of our criteria. It had 4 spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a large deck that overlooked the ocean, and an elevator for the elderly aunts. After we signed the contract it got even better. We learned that the rental also gave us access to the Isles Beach Club so we could use their swimming pool. Also, the deck had a wonderful collection of sturdy wood outdoor furniture. We sat on the deck every evening and took advantage of the cool evening breezes. We could see the other units around us, most with only a couple of flimsy plastic chairs for deck furniture. The owner, Ken Bonfield, was great to work with and genuinely wanted us to have a good time at his place. He answered all of our questions, usually within the hour. There were a few very minor issues in the house (like drawers in one of the bedrooms not staying on the tracks), but the house in general was in better shape than mine. And that's say a LOT for being a rental. We could see the ocean and hear the surf from the back deck and that was the most important thing by far. And the walk to both the ocean and the pool was very short. Really the only actual complaint I have was beyond the homeowner's control: the people above us were very loud. That happens in condos - overall, we were extremely pleased. We hope to go back next year and many years to come. - Daniel D. Ken's home was wonderful, very clean and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful and the walk was nothing to the beach. The walkway less than 2 minutes from the home and a plus was the elevator. Made it sooo much easier to get things unpacked and packed from the car. It was super clean; the kitchen had plenty of everything we needed to cook for 12; and the whole place was beautifully decorated and maintained. We especially appreciated having the elevator to carry things up to the second floor and the nice linens, which were provided by a service. Everything about this condo is top-notch and the owner is great to work with. A small repair was needed on one of the doors and it was taken care of within an hour of the time we reported it to the management office. The restaurant the Isles is like 3 doors down and it was great having that in walking distance. Having an elevator came in handy, too. Owner was super responsive and helpful.
