Either beach is less than three miles away! You are 21.5 miles from North Myrtle Beach and less than 10 miles to either the seafood capital of Calabash or Shallotte for food and entertainment. Bring your boat! There is plenty of room in the driveway and you are five minutes from two public boat launches. Take your kayak to the small watercraft boat launch at the end of the street for a mellow day on the water. Stroll one street over and enjoy the community picnic table on the ICW. Bring your golf clubs! There are over 30 courses within a short distance. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need to prepare the most delicious meals and the propane grill, and an outdoor dining area will be waiting for you in the fully enclosed backyard, or enjoy your meal at the bar on the front deck. The open living area provides a great place to host binge-watching evenings thanks to the smart TV with streaming services and two of the three bedrooms have smart TV's for bedtime unwinding. There are yard games and board games on site for the non-beach times, or just relax and unwind in this cozy home! The main bedroom has its own smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a washer/dryer and a tub/shower combo. Loved the patio seating on the front porch with umbrellas and cute lighting. The house was adorable inside. Large bedrooms, comfy beds and clean. The entertaining area was well laid out also. The location was fabulous, just minutes from ocean isle beach or sunset beach. We enjoyed the convenience of the close proximity to grocery stores and CVS and Walgreens for the last minute things we needed. Would definitely stay here again! - Taryn C.
