Condo was super convenient to the beach access and the pool was refreshing. Condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The only pieces of advice I would give is to look at the amount of time people are actually there. We were only there for 2 nights. At least leave 2 rolls of toilet paper for your guests. If you’re looking for the personality of most Air bnbs this isn’t it it’s very basic and limited in what is there and they let you know that ahead of time. Think hotel. But it really grew on us and have no big complaints. The body wash in the shower was empty. The people above us sounded like they were bowling it was so loud but we were on the beach most of the time. Being on the sound was amazing with the sunsets, everyone was very nice all around us. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and then beach bugee and umbrella that was provided. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. It was very nice to be able to use the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and beach toys from the storage closet. We loved getting to watch so many turtles and birds in the creek nearby. The second bedroom is a very small room with no windows, so it gets very dark at night, so I'd recommend bringing a nightlight. It was just the right size for my husband, me, and our 5 year old. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pond and marsh were a very nice bonus - lots of turtles and birds. The area is very quiet but only a few minute walk to the beach. We appreciated being able to use the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and buckets/shovels in the storage closet, and having access to the community pool was great. The second bedroom is very small (perfectly fine for a child!) with no windows, so I'd recommend bringing a nightlight because it is very dark at night. The condo was well stocked, super clean, the office staff was so helpful and friendly. We couldn't get the dishwasher to run and they sent someone out within 20 minutes to fix it. Super quick walk to the beach and the sound, and it was so fun to watch the little turtles in the pond right below.
