Each room has a deck you can sit on. The back deck off the living room is huge. My husband and I would sit out there every morning with the dogs before going to the beach. And at night we would play cards on the deck with the family. The back yard is a nice size we played corn hole almost every day. The outdoor shower has both cold and hot water it is a fully operating shower with trex boards. The location is right next to a beach entrance where the community center is. The boat dock had a brand new cleaning station and new decking. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would stay again.
