LIVING AREA
Step inside to a bright, comfortable living space designed for relaxing and spending time together. The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, giving your group plenty of room to gather after a day in the sun.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick beach-day breakfast to a full family dinner.
The adjoining dining area provides a comfortable place for everyone to gather for meals, games, and quality time together.
PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING
Your vacation doesn't have to end when you leave the beach. Head back to the house and cool off in your private saltwater pool, lounge outside with your favorite drink, or enjoy a meal in the coastal air.
The outdoor space includes a deck and patio with outdoor furniture, along with an enclosed backyard that provides added privacy. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach before jumping into the pool.
For added convenience, the owners have also provided a poolside refrigerator.

One of the best features of The Beach House is its convenient location just steps from beach access. Getting everyone to and from the sand is even easier with the beach wagon, beach chairs, and cooler provided for guest use.
No need to load up the car—grab your beach gear and head for the ocean!
BRING YOUR FOUR-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS
The Beach House is also dog-friendly, so your pups don't have to miss out on the family vacation. Guests may bring up to two dogs, with a 40-pound weight limit per dog.

The Beach House is perfect, has everything you need and is in a fantastic location truly just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants! The house is beautifully updated with a wonderful use of space— the pool deck area is such a treat and who doesn’t love a porch swing!

We were truly overly excited about the beach house we purchased and left for others a couple of trash and recycling bins All was very nice super close beach access and the pool wow what a plus Will be back, thanks for the amazing memories we all had

Clean, classic beach bungalow - well appointed and nice upgrades. Pool area felt like a bonus room, while the kitchen was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were updated, and family room was excellent (large tv, very inviting).
Less than a minute walk to the beach, with ocean views from both ends of the front deck. Town is less than a ten minute walk from the house. Host was proactive and easy to work with.

This was the best vacation I’ve stayed in in quite a long time. The size of the home was perfect for a small family (instead of the massive houses that are usually listed for rentals. Having the saltwater pool was a great option when our toddler got tired of the sand at the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved our stay! The location to the beach is fantastic, we were on the beach and settled within 10 minutes of leaving the house. The pool was great also, super clean! Water was chilly but didn't stop our crew. House was so clean and smelled great upon our arrival. Only downside was the sleeper bed/couch was super uncomfortable, our teen ended up sleeping on it just as a couch. Also the kitchen table is pretty small but most of us ended up eating outside. We hope to be back soon:)

Great Location and Amenities

I booked this home for my wife and 5 year old for a long weekend, we are really pleased we found this house. Typically we only rent oceanfront so I was a bit concerned with 2nd row, but the proximity of this house to a public access was amazing. Basically walk out the front door and across the road and you are on the beach. Location was also great in proximity to the main attractions on the island. The house itself was well appointed and check-in and out was a breeze. The house was very clean and had anything a family would need, toiletries, etc were all provided. The main star was the pool area out back, to say this was a hit with my 5 year old was an understatement, she spent more time in the pool than at the beach. I would not hesitate to rent this house again, thanks to the owners for an amazing trip for my family.
