Vacasa is not entirely welcoming as a property mgmt. firm. The necessities for a stay are provided. Unfortunately for guests, the simplicities that make one feel welcome, aren’t, like first morning Kcups. You should plan to bring your own soaps, shampoo, Kleenex and K cups for the first morning or plan to buy them at your first Food Lion visit. For a similar price, a hotel would provide these. As far as this property, it was cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked except for a needed pizza pan. Dish/dishwasher soaps/sponge and paper towel roll are there. The location was quiet and peaceful with a nice screened in porch. FYI, there is a pond between the condo and the golf course that is home to an alligator. All the furniture and important things worked very well. Loved the shower which is hard to find in these condo units but all and all very nice. Love the area in and around Sunset Beach we did a little exploring both north and south. Calabash has great restaurants so never had to worry about a meal.
