New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.The lovely waterfront and golf course views are only matched by the privacy, quiet, and calm you'll find at this charming Sunset Beach home. Golfers will love the access to Oyster Bay Golf Links (for an extra fee), and the entire family will love the large, lush yard shaded by live oak trees and featuring a soothing hot tub. For something more active, go for a dip in the pool and take in the crisp outside air. Start the day with coffee and follow it up with a long afternoon snooze on one of the deck's chaise lounges - why not? You're on vacation. Inside, you'll find high ceilings, lots of natural light, and hardwood flooring throughout the main living, kitchen, and dining areas. The open layout is perfect for entertaining and features comfortable furnishing and cozy gathering spaces. The well-equipped, full kitchen will please the group's chef, and there's plenty of mealtime seating between the breakfast nook and dining room table. When it's time to head out, you're minutes from the beach, and Nicholas Sparks fans will want to pay a visit to the 'Kindred Spirit Mailbox,' just three miles away. When you return from a day out, relax in the central air-conditioning or get cozy in front of the gas fireplace if it's chilly outside. Entertainment options at home include two streaming-capable TVs with free cable and high-speed WiFi, perfect for posting the day's pics to social media. Don't call it a night until you step back onto the deck to admire the stars rising over the water. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available using your own account. Guests have access to Oyster Bay Golf Links for $55 to $75, which includes 18 holes of golf and a cart, depending on the time of year. There is no fishing allowed in the pond behind the home. Please stay off the neighbors' properties to the right and left of the home. Please supervise children near the shoreline because alligators have been present in this area.

Alligators amazing!!!!! Alot of wildlife and different species of birds. Property was overall satisfactory, there were minor complaints, but host quickly resolved. Still do not know where the lights are for the pool and deck area. Very great property, and plenty of space and very equipped with essentials items you may need. The gutters need attention and also general landscaping needed on property. Thanks will be back.

This property was absolutely amazing! The home is very spacious, cozy and clean. There was plenty of cookware and utensils that made it very convenient to prepare our family meals. The pool and hot tub were cleaned continuously during our stay. The home is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood on the golf course, overlooking a pond. The view and wildlife is amazing and calming. We will definitely be looking to stay at this home again in the future!

### Great Private Retreat (5/5 stars)
We SO enjoyed our time in this home. It is spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together but not be in each other’s way, lots of space for my young grandsons to play and explore. We loved the openness of it, and the views are so nice. we made good use of the beautiful pool, as well as the hot tub. We also loved the large shaded deck. We would absolutely stay here again.
