Store all of your beach stuff under the house. Plenty of parking - 4 cars easily fit under the house. There is also an area with hanging lights and an area to sit. Outside shower is a game changer!!Inside has three roomy bedrooms. Three decks!!! There is a small room with a TV but no AC not really usable. There is a loft upstairs and a bed with an AC unit in the window. We easily slept 8. Washer dryer were really new and fabulous. My only recommendations are: to organize the kitchen better. It’s very well stocked but lacks organizing. Consider new paper on the kitchen shelves. Finally the shelves on the fridge door were missing which is challenging to not have. I fell at the house and asked for an extra hour to check out because our kids were going to leave Friday night. My mother is 82 and my wife could not do it alone. They would not even entertain that, my kids ended up calling out of work on Saturday and staying so we would have help to load up.
