It was a week before our stay that we stumbled upon this information. When we asked for a refund or alternative to pool use, we were given the phone #, address, location to use a pool for a fee. When we arrived at the location to pay the fee with my 83 yr Mom, we were told, No we cannot pay a fee & use the pool, we were given misleading information. I showed them the email with the information from Vacasa and was told that Vacasa is known for giving out misleading information. They are very aware of our disappointment, a pool was a top priority on our yearly vacation to visit with my Mom. Vacasa never offered a discount or any other alternatives! After about an hour my wife had completely fell in love with the place. The view and surrounding area was awesome and Sunset Beach is definitely at the top of our list. The condo was amazing and the only thing we would change would be to switch the beds, the king size bed should be in the master bedroom. The condo was decorated to be very welcoming and had everything we could possibly need for this stay .
